When a young Alfredo Nugan emigrated from Spain in 1940, he had a clear vision of his family's new life in Australia. Today, his legacy sees the Nugan family established as one of Australia's most successful agricultural enterprises. This limited release collection of premium wines is a tribute to his vision and the passion he instilled in us, his family, to pursue his ideals of outstanding quality and service.
Talinga Park, once a thriving orange grove and nursery of exotic trees, was selected as one of the family's main vineyards to grow grapes of exceptional quality.
This Cabernet Merlot is densely coloured with a generous bouquet of blackberry and currant, melded with bay leaf and a touch of mint, that leads to a leafy freshness, fine tannins and integrated oak.
WINE & FOOD PAIRING: Perfect partner to barbecued lamb with Moroccan spices and couscous or a selection of farmhouse cheeses.
