Named in honour of Simon van der Stel, the first governor of the Dutch Cape Colony who was responsible for providing land to the Huguenots, a group of French protestants fleeing persecution in their homeland. A great value Sauvignon Semillon from Stellenbosch. With fresh aromas of citrus fruit and gooseberry, vibrant acidity and a touch of wet stone.
