Lyme Bay Pinot Noir Rosé

A delightful rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Full bodied with great acidity, which makes it an ideal food wine. Best served very lightly chilled.

Clear, salmon pink in colour. A complex nose with intense aromas of cherries, rosehip, strawberries and cream. On the palate this wine shows good length and mouth-feel, with a refreshing acidity and is driven by redcurrant, cranberry, rhubarb, and strawberry flavours.

Lyme Bay Chardonnay

Well-rounded dry wine, with subtle buttery flavours and aromas of peach turnover and honey. Lightly oaked, this wine lends itself perfectly to many different cuisines.

Pale gold appearance a subtle buttery nose with flavours and aromas of pink grapefruit, vanilla and dried fig. Good length on the palate, elegance with a round mouthfeel. There are stone fruit flavours with a touch of orange, nuts and toffee.

Lyme Bay Shoreline

Made from 100% Bacchus grapes, this fresh and zesty wine has a range of characteristics including grapefruit, guava, box wood and a hint of blackcurrant. Best served lightly chilled. A clear, pale lemon in appearance.  Clean, zingy grapefruit, guava, and box wood on the nose with a hint of blackcurrant and elderflower. Light-to-medium body, Sandbar is a fresh and zesty wine with a crisp, balanced acidity.

Lyme Bay Sandbar

A wine for seafood; well-balanced and refreshing with complex layers. This beautiful wine has enticing notes of pineapple and lime with a crisp, saline finish. Clear, very pale lemon in colour. A clean nose with fresh lemon and lime, some tropical pineapple and pear notes. Dry with a crisp, saline finish. The palate’s fresh acidity displays lemon and grapefruit.

Lyme Bay Reserve Sparkling

A fruit-driven sparkling wine that displays refreshing lemon and green apple notes, with a vibrant and creamy mousse finish. Pale lemon in colour, a clean and vibrant nose bursting with lemon, green apples and freshly cut grass. Excellent depth of flavour on the palate with tantalising acidity and length. This wine shows balance and gives way to citrus and toast flavours.
