This botanical cardamom gin is crafted by Ian Hart at his micro-distillery in Highgate, North London. Not content with just distilling the award winning Sacred Gin, Ian has embarked on a gin deconstruction experiment to highlight the flavours of individual botanicals. Organic Guatemalan cardamom pods are distilled and blended with a little Sacred Gin to add some additional depth to the flavours. A beautifully fragrant and aromatic gin.
