When a young Alfredo Nugan emigrated from Spain in 1940, he had a clear vision of his family's new life in Australia. Today, his legacy sees the Nugan family established as one of Australia's most successful agricultural enterprises. This limited release collection of premium wines is a tribute to his vision and the passion he instilled in us, his family, to pursue his ideals of outstanding quality and service.
Talinga Park, once a thriving orange grove and nursery of exotic fruit trees, was selected as one of the family's main vineyards to grow grapes of exceptional quality.
This is a lovely full bodied style of Shiraz and is bursting with ripe berry fruit, spices and black pepper, with subtle tannins and a long, smooth finish.
WINE & FOOD PAIRING: Enjoy with a wide range of dishes including vegetarian, pasta and red meat dishes.
